Order Support

Please complete the below steps for all damaged items and lost package claims within 14 days of your order delivery date.  Failure to complete the steps below within that time frame will result in a denial of the claims process.

Missing Items

Do not throw away any of the original packaging, packing filler, invoice, or contents until the claims process is finished. If a UPS claim needs to be filed, we will not receive an approval without all the packaging. Please email the following photos to sa@sovereignammo.com:

    • Packaging Slip/Invoice (Comes inside the package)
    • Products (clear image of the items in the package)
    • Shipping Label on package/s
    • All sides of the outside of the package the order was shipped in (1 photo each of all 4 sides, top, and bottom for a total of 6 photos)
    • Packing Filler

We will review the photos and start a UPS claim if required.  UPS may reach out to you for further information regarding the claim

Once UPS resolves your claim, we will contact you to discuss refund or replacement options

Lost Packages

Note:  Please be aware that UPS can go up to 7 days without scanning a package while in transit

If you have not seen an update on your package after 7 days during shipment, please start the lost package process:

Email us at sa@sovereignammo.com and tell us you believe your package to be lost. Please include:

    • First and Last Name
    • Order Number
    • Order Date

Once UPS resolves your claim, we will contact you to discuss refund or replacement options.

Ammunition Warranty

All Sovereign Ammo ammunition is warranted against material and workmanship defects. If the ammunition is found to be defective due to material or workmanship, we will replace the defective ammunition at no charge to the customer.

Ammunition warranty claims are handled on a case-by-case basis:

  • Email us at sa@sovereignammo.com and tell us what issues you are experiencing with the ammo.
  • That information will be sent to our Quality Control team and they will review the details and either determine a resolution or reach out to you for more information.
  • If your warranty claim is approved, we will contact you to discuss refund or replacement options.

NOTE: Improper storage and handling of ammunition may result in damage to the product. The appearance of exposure, corrosion or any other evidence of damage that occurred after the product was sold will void any warranties.

Non-Ammunition Returns

Non-Ammunition Returns within 30 days of purchase are accepted in original new condition, in original packaging and with all accompanying paperwork for refund, less 10% restocking fees.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
